3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival on 28 April 2011. Dark gold colour. Very good, lively condition. Slightly grainy edge on the nose but not too off-putting. Clean enough on the palate and quaffable. Could do with a bit more hop presence but perfectly acceptable as it is, without really standing out from the crowd.
