COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We used 5 different malts from Germany, France, Britain and Canada to give Conductor’s a biscuity, toasted, caramel base, and a combination of 5 different hops from Germany, the Czech Republic and the Pacific Northwest of the USA. To finish the beer we designed and built in-house a ‘hopback’ mechanism that infuses the hop aromas into the beer in line from the kettle as the beer goes into the fermenter. We use whole leaf hops of Cascade and spicy German Tetnanger in the hopback to provide a unique and intense hop aroma that is familiar but uniquely presented.

A pretty strong bitter hops taste for an IPA. Hops gathers in gront and dies out afterwards. Smells crisp bitter. On tap at beerbistro

On tap at beer bistro. Nice malt flavour. Great hop taste. Not as nice a finish as I would have liked. Good for a cdn ale ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A nice reddish copper ale with a thin creamy mocha head. In aroma, loads of caramel malt with grassy British hops, a bit of solvents. In mouth, a smooth caramel malt, lightly nutty, some diacetyl, faint herbal British hops, a bit too plain. On tap at C’est What, Oct. 29 2011

On tap at the beerbistro Really nice piney, citrusy aroma. Great malts, bready, earthy. A perfect balance. Medium bitterness, great citrucy finish. Top shelf amber ale. Reminds me of what mill street tankhouse used to be.

Aroma rose, hibiscus, sweet candy aromas, green hops followed.
Appearance slight haze on amber with medium creamy top. 3+
Flavor and Palate : Strong soapy feel, citrus, caramel sugars. Bit rough, lacking something that would make jump out of crowd.

I tried this beer on draught on October 21, 2011 at "Bar Volo" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer arrived a translucent ruby red colour with a 1" white cap that lingered. The aroma is grainy malt, a hint of caramel, some floral hops, and a weak spiciness. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was sweet malt and some graininess

On tap at Smokeless Joe new location on college st. Bright amber-copper color, with a small white head, mild fruity, yeasty, soft grassy floral hop nose, with some light earthy vegetable peaish, toasted, biscuity malt accents, with a faint citrusy note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a mild earthy, grainy, toasted, caramel, biscuity malt, developing a grape fruity character, with a nice leafy, grassy, citrusy flowery hop backbone, with a faint leafy mintiness undertone, leading towards a faint malty, lingering leafy, grassy hop bitterness finish.
