Pale yellow color, disappearing white head. Standard lager, except it lacks bitterness, which makes it an easy drinking beer.

On tap. Poured pale gold with a decent sized head. Smooth, but not a lot of flavor or aroma. Very slight bitter finish. It’s the Bud of Belgium.

On tap, in Annecy, France. Typical pale lager, with a weak aroma and taste, but no so watery like the others.

Tasted as well from bottle as from tap. An almost tastless pilsbeer. If you drink it warm, you smell some hop.

Has the typical appearance of a pilsener. Aroma is slighty musty and skunky. Taste is quite crisp and dry. It’s got a reasonable amount of hop for such a commercial beer but don’t expect too much. Aftertaste is not as clean and crisp as when it first hits the mouth.

Sampled on Flashy’s tour of Brugge in June 2007 - One of the poorer beers I tasted in Belgium. Musty and dirty. The opposite of smooth would describe this beer.

Bottle 25cl. Light golden color with white head. Aroma is slightly sweet, with some light hops. Light body. Malty mouthful, quite sweet with a little bit bitterness
