This may be the ebst lager iv ever had, but thats meaning it was pritty bland nonsence stuff. It does have a tanginess to it, but its just another lager really.

(Bottle 25) Sometimes beerlovers tend to forget that even in Belgium around 75% of total beer-consumption is pilsener - and this is the main drag. Or at least it used to be. Pale yellow with a fairly decent head. Nice flowery nose and some hoppiness in the palate. A bit watery. A fairly decent pilsener if not exactly very different from most of this world’s pale lagers. 071193

Had this on the train between Paris and Bruxxxxxxxelles. A little bitter, just okay really. Justified its low price on the scale of bieres on offer.

This is one of the two most popular beers in Belgium. It has no taste to speak of, comes in ugly containers, and tapping and temperature make no improvement. The good news is that Belgium has hundreds of other beers to choose from--even a decent lager or two (try Primus!).

On tap somewhere in Amsterdam. White/yellow color with a thin head. Very fizzy mouthfeel and a bitter aftertaste. Pretty crappy.

Oh man this beer is terrible. And terribly cheap- but so was almost every other good belgian beer in brussels. I didnt waste much time with this one. Very pale golden color with a decent white head. Flavor and aroma were moderatly bland with just a hint of hops. Clean finish and aftertaste though. I had one local at the bar tellign me how belgium is the best country for beer in the world and that every town has thier own brewery and each beer is unique special and so good- yet he kept drinking jupiler and stella all night. wtf?

[bottle] nose is hoppy, some apples there as well. body is a bit thin. pretty inoffensive stuff.

Tap/can. Sweetish malt aroma. Pale yellow with little head. Sweet malt flavor with a bitter hops finish. Not as good as Stella so that should tell you something.
