Got this for free at a tourist trap resteraunt in Brussels (couldn’t find anything else open on our first day in the city.) Now i see why. Bland, basically belgian bud.

Blond color. Not the worst common table beer, very light maltiness. Well bitter.

With some much else available, I’m still trying to figure out why I tried this one. Some yeast, some spice. But all seem to be failed attempts at being good. Perhaps its just not my style.

Common Belgian pilsener. Recommended for a good evenings drinking or on a warm terras. Nice combo of bitter and sweet. Light colour. nothial special but all you’d expect from a pilsener.

Not a bad beer, nice head, decent flavor, I could drink these on bbq day, I liked it ok, but not great.

At various locations in Belgium, from can and draft. Obviously, the draft was much better and a good way to loosen the gears before getting into the heavier stuff over at Kulminator. This is basically the Bud Light of Belgium. With that in mind, it’s exponentially better than that. The cans weren’t anything special but will live in my memory as we crushed a 12 on the train from Antwerp to Brussels, which all trains should allow... nay... encourage. So, I could have done worse. If I ever need to mow a Belgian lawn, this would be the beer in my holster.

Went down pretty easy, smooth and bland I’d say.
