COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A non-filtered weizenbier brewed using top fermented method. Contains: aromatic hops, wheat malt of the highest quality, special malt types, barley malt, yeast which give rich flavour, attractive aroma and a hue of a raw amber. We use only natural ingrediants to produce this beer, and water of our own source containing the ideal proportion of calcium to magnesium. The beer contains natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle. 13,1 P, 5.6% abv.

Bottle. Dark hazy medium brown with a frothy head. Aroma is mainly caramel and cloves, less vanilla and banana, marginally smoky, with faint pears and grass. Very nice. The taste, however, is a letdown - too caramelly sweet without the balancing sourish side of a good weizen. Biscuity with cloves and only very little fruity. Marginally sourish-bitterish finish with an aftertaste of caramel, some smoke and biscuits. Too sweet and caramel oriented, not fruity enough. Unbalanced.
