Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours watered amber, hazy body, normal to flat in quite period of time in terms of carbonation, head looks very fresh and snowy white, medium, foamy to frothy, slowly decreasing and giving quite nice lacing, carbonation of body after not a long time is very faint. Body looks light to medium.
Aroma: Crystalized honey is dominating over the aroma, but in fact it is vague to state its naturality, some artificial accents, white sugar, rather poor aroma, no hops, malty character is rather killed by honey notes, which are in fact not strong. Very simple aroma.
Flavour: Generally sweet due to white sugar addition, some notes of hoppyness in the nose and the aftertaste resulting in a slight bitterness, some freshness from carbonation on palate. Generally sweet and quite drinkable, finish is flat and and short with some hints of hops in aroma and sticky sweet palate with some influence of grainy, watered maltyness.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery to syrupy, carbonation is medium on palate. Finish feel is honey, a bit chalky, some notes of grain, light alcoholic, very sweet finish.
omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Nov 19, 2007 Bottled. Golden colour, small creamy head. Balsamic honey aroma. Very sweet with eucalypthus-like honey flavour. Medium bodied and way too sweet. Pleasant but one-dimenaional flavour that drowns in the sweetness.
