A traditional Saison with a regional twist. Cranberries, from our friends at Decas cranberry, made their way into this refreshingly different brew.

Bottle pour. Rich straw color. Decent head. Nose is lemon drops (hops + tart fruit?), locker room funk and some vegetal herb/spice. Distinct. Taste is herbal, with cranberry (tart) and mild spice. Dry and slightly acidic. A tab grainy. Not bad.

Bomber poured a cloudy golden yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, citrus, yeast, light horseblanket and light cranberry. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, spice, earthiness, light hjorseblanket and a hint of cranberry with a crisp dry finish.

Bottle @ Ratman’s house. Thanks Ken! Pours a cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. Straw/pale grainy, bready yeasty, zesty lemon, somewhat funky aroma. Dry grainy, tangy fruity, chewy yeasty, straw, easy drinking flavor with a dry finish. I’m not sure I get any cranberries but it is a nice session beer.

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, pour is hazy yellow with thin white head, aroma brought notes of bandaid, cranberry, hints of slight veggie, earth, some vanilla, slight funk, hints of sour fruits, very interesting and a bit odd. Taste is a mix of sweet cranberry, tart fruits, slight earth, touch of grain, finishing fairly vanilla forward, slightly grassy. Interesting.

Served on draft at the brewery under the "Craison" name. Pours a hazy yellow color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of pale malts, dry fruits, citrus and grain. The taste is tart berries, pale malts and mild herbal hops. Medium bodied. Nice.

Citrus, belgian yeast, and a little sour funk in the aroma. Flavor starts slightly sweet with some spice and citrus. Some sour and a little tart cranberry in the finish. Not as much cranberry as I expected--this is a pretty traditional saison, and a pretty good one at that.

(22oz bomber thanks to JJFoodie) clearish gold with wispy off-white bubbles. Nose of plastic, cranberry, soap and coriander. Taste of cranberry, unsweet berries, coriander. Prickly carbonation, bone dry finish.
