COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional Saison with a regional twist. Cranberries, from our friends at Decas cranberry, made their way into this refreshingly different brew.

Lightly sweet, honey and light berry nose. Taste is lightly sweet, some cotton candy, light cranberry, some light phenols. Well conditioned, just a bit too minerally at the finish. Decent.

(22oz bomber thanks to JJFoodie) clearish gold with wispy off-white bubbles. Nose of plastic, cranberry, soap and coriander. Taste of cranberry, unsweet berries, coriander. Prickly carbonation, bone dry finish.

22oz bottle thanks to JJFoodie. Dull golden pour with a small amount of frothy white head. Floral hop and cranberry aromas - taste is light and slightly acidic. Herbal, astringent, with not as much cranberry flavor as I expected. Interesting brew.

(22oz bottle, courtesy of JJFoodie) Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma of florals, cranberries, light perfume, and grass. Flavor of cranberries, herbs, yeast, and grass.

22oz Bottle. Pours with a rose and amber tinted pale orange, frothed in off-white. Aroma gives a gentle sweet grain and boiled down raw white cranberry flesh. Flavors are overly floral, somehow. Intense cranberry skin, cranberry acid and cranberry seeds add up to a candle-like punching floral astringency. It’s funny, because the malt base and the light bit of Saison yeast are really working, especially with certain aspect of the cranberry flavor, which seems real and natural. But then some combination of yeast and/or cranberries with the beer gets perfumy and artifical, making it harder to drink. Mixed feelings, with some aspects really working and others not so much.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color. Aroma is of dusty malts, slight earthiness, and very little cranberry. Flavor is very bitter and includes malts, hops, bitters, a little cranberry, and some spices. Leaves a bitter malt finish. Nothing special.

A light golden-amber brew. Flavors are a light fruity tartness with some light hops. Very fresh tasting. Quite good and very drinkable. Worth a try if you can get your hands on a bottle.
