Pours a deep and rich firey copper colour with a very nice tan head. The nose is very malty, and toasty with some caramel. The beer tastes for the most part malty though this is well balanced in the aftertaste. Overall nothing stands out, but its still better then average.

Aug 12, 2008 Sampled from bottle, pours a clear copper colour with a fairly large white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, tofee and raisins. Taste is relatively clean, crisp with a soft hop finish.

Aug 5, 2008 Pour is light amber with small tan head. Aroma is strong of caramel and malt. Flavor is also full of caramel. Very smooth palate with a nice crisp finish. Not as bad as I thought it would be.
