Jun 26, 2009 Grainy amber color with quick diminishing head. Well carbonated. Earthy malt aroma hints of pepper. Light citrus Not much hop character. Malt flavor is a little overwhelming needs a grain bite, a little more crisp.

Jun 16, 2009 Beat... This will not be a good rating because this is a bland, boring beer. If I had a choice between Coors or this Hefe I would choose Coors to prove a point. I dont often say dont drink a beer, but this is disappointing. Dont bother.

Jun 11, 2009 [2106-20090421] 12floz bottle. Sweet fruity fresh yeast aroma has mild mango hints. Clear, light orange brown body with a quick foamy white head. Fruity rough yeast flavour has mild hops. Light body is a little rough. Average.
Overheard: "This is pretty boring... I’m gonna drop some cheese in it and see what happens."

Jun 8, 2009 Bottle: Hazy golden with a consistent off white film. Sweet aroma- honeyish and simple. Light fizzy body. Flavor is less sweet than the aroma suggests. a bit papery with stale bread character and a touch of honey. Not much bitterness. Eh.

Jun 7, 2009 Very pale white-yellow colour. Aroma is lightly wheaty and little else. There is a kiss of light citrus and a bit of soft herbal character. Almost no flavour at all really, wheat malt and nothing else, but I could see pounding these on a hot summer’s day... actually, that pretty much describes today.
