Aug 25, 2007 poured a light amber color with a very small head that lasted 30 seconds or so. Very sweet smelling, and not a bad tastte. It felt like there was actually beer in my mouth compared to some watery beers. The honey is definitely noticeable in the aftertaste.

Jul 22, 2007 Bottle on my 22nd. Aroma is biscuity malt, hints of citrus hop and caramel. Taste has quite a bit of caramel biscuits going on, reasonably balanced, but a little boring.

Apr 6, 2007 As with all HFBC’s products they are way too sweet. Pours fizzy with no nose. Ill pass.
