bottle. sweet nose of acacia honey, very sticky and earthy. Amber colour, little lacy head. very un-hoppy for an american ipa and on top of the lack of hop is...nthing. bland and boring.

Oct 11, 2008 These Dundee beers aren’t big on aroma are they? Aroma was very weak but could pick up the caramel malt...none of the "aggressive hop profile" they mention. Pour was a nice deep amber with a one finger off white head. Taste was very sweet and malty but again not much in the way of hops. Has a wet iced tea aftertaste. If I was rating to style this would be a lot lower.

Oct 4, 2008 Pours amber. I got much more malts than hops in this IPA. Nice hope flavor but not to the level of an IPA. A decent beer but not what I was expecting.

Sep 21, 2008 Nice and bitter without complaint. It is very high on the hops, but not too bad. It finishes nicer than A Sierra Nevada Pal Ale.

Sep 21, 2008 Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright caramel-amber color with a large orange-white head. The aroma was moderately sweet and fruity with a touch of pine and resin. The flavor was sweet, fruity, piney and tangy with a sweet nut and caramel malt base and a smooth sweet and hoppy finish. Not very bitter. The hops are somewhat subdued. This is one very easy drinking, sweet and enjoyable if unassertive beer. Remarkable.

Sep 21, 2008 Kind of a weird gold color. This is heinous Aroma is very cardboard. Taste has kind of a hop impression, though very watered down. It’s not very good.
