ketchepillar (256), Des Moines, Iowa, USA Jun 25, 2008 Toasted caramel. Goes back and forth between tasting like a shitty horrible beer and a real beer. The honey in it is kinda of nice, it’s slightly floral but also a bit fakely sweet. Gross, mostly. Watery
Underhook (112), Lincoln Park, New Jersey, USA Sep 6, 2008 Pours more pale than I expected. Not much on the nose, a little bit of honey malt. No hops. Taste is very malty with a touch of honey but overall not impressive. Beer is done in for me by a stinging overcarbonation. Stay away from this one. cbeers21 (384), Miami, Florida, USA Sep 5, 2008 Deep golden with thinner head. Corn, slightly bready aroma with faint caramel touch. Watery, thinner body with a syrupy sweetening quality. Unremarkable. mcjay (31), Neenah, Wisconsin, USA Sep 5, 2008 Golden color with a thin white head. Light hoppy aroma. Sweet malty taste with a generous honey flavor. A great brew but after a couple it’s almost a little too sweet. ewestern (87), Ohio, USA Sep 5, 2008 Clear golden color with a thin white head. Hint of honey in the aroma with sweet malts mixed in. Sweet honey flavor was prevalent. Seemed like there was some carbonation up front as well. biggmike (400), Gulfport, Mississippi, USA Sep 3, 2008 Poured an attractive deep golden color with nice head that hung around a little while. Actually the best feature of this beer was probably the appearance. It is really the only thing that was above average. Nothing offensive about it and its drinkable, just nothing remarkable either.
