Fruity, malty flavor with toffee and mild bitterness. Hints of caramel and spicy hops... very subtle. Medium-bodied and velvety with medium carbonation. Finishes bittersweet.

Sep 18, 2006 12 oz bottle, cellar temperature, Michelob glass on my porch in mid-August 2006. Pale amber-gold with a moderate creamy head, mostly diminishing....caramelized malts and some harsh grassiness in the aroma actually balance each other nicely....sweetish, grainy body, light toffee and vanilla, a bit earthy and mineralic late....full, lightly syrupy mouthfeel, lively carbonation....simple and not anything great but quite drinkable and bettter than average from this brewery.

Aroma is lightly malty (grain), trace hops (herbs), with notes of plastic, DMS.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, unclean, husky.
Medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation.
Truly horrid.

Sep 6, 2006 Bottle from Super Saver. Gold pour with some fruit, bready malt, and citrus aromas. Flavor is crisp and sweet up front, with fruit, getting tarter as it warms, with a more pronounced citrus presence.
