A run of the mill ordinary bitter style I would guess... I was expecting something much more... British. On the light side with basic hop bitterness and no aroma, bland malt profile... definitely made for the tourists to the Chester Cathedral, whom its brewed for (available only at the cathedral gift shop as far as I know)
