Bottled. An amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and spices, leading to a dry and spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottled. A mid brown coloured beer with a whitish head. A malty beer with dried currants in the aroma. Fruity malts in the mouth. A bit of depth and signs of pasteurisation but the brown fruits are good and do linger. It’s OK.

Bottle from local Morrisons. Lovely copper colour with a good tight white head thats leaving good lace as I sup this. This has a good fruity character, with just the right amount of malty sweetness.I’m rather surprised at how good this actually is, it IS brewed by Lees I suppose and that’s usually a good sign. Well worth the £1.25 I paid for it.

Bottle. This one surprised me. Bronze and poured with a gig head. Fruity and creamy with a medium body. I am always wary of beers named after TV shows. This is more than a novelty-it is a very good beer. Struggle too think why it has had so many poor ratings.

500 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 4.2%. Amber colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of toffee and biscuits, hints of fruity hops. Soft mouthfeel, smooth to drink. Nice moderately malty flavour with hints of toffee, biscuits and fruity hops, ending in a very moderate bitterness. OKish.

50cl bottle from Waitrose, Cambridge. Amber with a fast fading white head; aroma of musty hops and caramel; acidic caramel flavour; a short bitterness to finish then a lingering toffee. Unpleasant.
