COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg only.
Like its draught cousin this is a full strength all-malt brew, made from Maris Otter malted barley and East Kent Goldings hops. In terms of personality it knocks other smooth ales into a cocked hat. But we could say the same about a lot of our ales.

Keg at the Grouse Inn, Carrog, Denbighshire. Amber with a thick white nitro head. Tastes of caramel with a little dusty hop bitterness and some metallic notes. Poor, but drinkable, and a long way from being the worst keg bitter out there.

Smooth textured golden ale with a thick creamy head. Has little aroma and a small bitterness for its flavour.

Keg at the Midland Hotel, Morecambe. An inocuous bitter, amber with a tight cream nitro head; reasonable malt flavour; but lacking any real finish.

Pale brown colour. This is quite good for a nitro. Has a pleasant level of malty, fruity sweetness making it a pleasant session beer.
