COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Raise a glass to our friends across the pond with a pint of Liberty. Brewed with a blend of Liberty and Mount Hood hops, for a fruity, spicy flavour and a golden colour.
Food match: Burger and fries as the Yanks would say.
Available June-August 2011.

Cask conditioned handpump Malt Shovel Northampton. A golden beer with a white head and lacing. A fizzy pineapple fruity aroma with light tropical fruits in the mouth. A decent length but the hop profile is disappointing. I suspect the Mount Hood is very much the underling here.

Cask at Crown Inn, Manfield, N. Yorkshire. Near clear golden. Fruity and mid sweet with some butter but rather low hoprate. Light-medium bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Notes of ripe fruits. Low bitterness.
