500ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki)
Pours with a big head, deep red. Rich fleshy ripe fruits, and slightly sherry-like, aroma. Smooth and sweet body, pleasant carbonation. A little sticky. Toffee and rich malts in the taste, almost like a barleywine. Finish is sweet and biscuity, and with a very sticky dark hoppy bitterness.

hopscotch (8785) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 13, 2004
Sparkling clear caramel-colored ale with a small, creamy, beige head. Good retention. Ink-blot lacework. Very malty. The aroma and flavor are of caramel. They’ve hopped it up just enough to almost balance out the sweet malt. Full-bodied with a heavy, creamy mouthfeel and mild carbonation. Lengthy, alcoholic, bitter finish.
