A style of ale that Ireland is famous for, our Red is brewed with wheat, crystal, chocolate, munich and pale malts. A well balanced, mild and easy drinking Irish ale with a smooth malty sweetness and hints of caramel.

Eines der besten Rotbiere die ich je getrunken habe. Intensiv im Geschmack, mit Noten von Fass, Karamell und Trockenfrüchten. Viel Kohlensäure für ein Red Ale, was aber hervorragend passt. Tolles Bier!

The first red beer I have been impressed with in a long time. Great taste and aroma for a red

As the name suggests, the beer has a deep red color. The formation of foam is minimal. The smell is really strong. It is sour and sweet, fruity and hoppy. The taste is great. It has the hop aroma of an IPA, but milder. The citrusy hop aroma is really refreshing. Really nice beer.

Keg at the brewpub in Dublin. Red/amber with a very thin head. Nose is mild roastiness with some liquorice. Taste is very light spiciness, some mild coffee, plenty of sweet maltiness. Mouthfeel is quite full, with decent carbonation. Good stuff.

Appearance: amber red, medium off white head. Aroma: sweet, some decent (and unexpected) hoppiness in there, malty too with a slight floral edge to it. Flavour: Biscuit caramel at first, good amount of hops then shines through, floral again with a decent sweet malty finish. If only more Irish ales were like this the reputation might be raised. Nice.

On tap at the brewpub in Dublin. A decent Irish Red Ale. Not very complex, but enjoyable session ale. I liked it.

Dark red/amber pour with creamy off white head and lace. Aroma is caramel malt and earthy hop tones. Caramel malt and earthy hop flavors with a decent bitter finish. Medium body with good carbonation. Nice beer at 4.3%, easy drinker clean and crisp.

on tap. Smooth in the beginning. The beer starts malty with earthy hints, that gets more intense to the mainpart. Floral-smooth, caramel. The aftertaste is smooth, floral, sweetish-bitter. Nice for a Red Ale. 10/12/11/10
