Who the fuck is it here that can’t figure out that this thing is full of corn sytup, sugar and corn malt. Dark balck beer, 1 inch light tan thich foam head. Aroma of light wheat malt and sugar, and corn sugar. Tastes like a corn sugared up lager. Might as wll be pale yellow. Finish is like honey comb cereal. Mouthfeel is bright and watery. What a pour excuse for a schwarzbier.

Jul 22, 2008 Draft. Served in a Shaker pint in a bar so, not much head. Nice clear very dark brown to almost black color. Aroma of dark roasted malt. Flavor of dark roasted malt with just a hint up upfront fruitiness. No real hop presence but, the bitterness balanced the maltiness. Medium mouthfeel to make this an easy drinking schwarzbier. I really enjoyed this.

Jul 21, 2008 I do believe this brew is underrated. Pours jet black with a nose of coffee and toasty malt. Flavor is roasty, coffee, some chocolate and very little hops. I like this one. Drink up!!

Jul 19, 2008 Bottle. Really smooth moutfeel and lots of roasted malt notes along with some coffee and chocolat notes.
