Apr 9, 2007 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a beautiful and quite persistent foamy whit head. Moderately sweet malty and slightly perfumed aroma with shy herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium body, medium carbonation. Robust malty base, grainy and slightly herbal; medium-dry, malt-accented, slightly bitter finish with a discreet hoppy touch. Still a decent example of its style.

Mar 29, 2007 Bottle( many thanks to joss !) Golden coloured, clear, rocky and stable white head; sweetish, perfumed, qa bit peppery nose; sweet, slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, a bit oily; robust sweet-bitter finish. A quite chewy Helles.........
