Lots of head in the weizen glass I poured this into. Pale yellow body. Fluffy, large white head. Hallertau hops corn, sweet bread, grass and a touch spicy hop, malty and grainy. Taste is watery, corn and spicy hops. Baked bread, bitter, and some soil. Decent for the style, but not amazingly fresh tasting as some American Craft Pilsners can be. Thin and dry. Sweetish malty grainy flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty grainy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.
