Much like the jevar I had last week, this beer is very smooth and sessionable. I ended up finishing off my six pack by the end of the night and was slightly drunk but at around 5% its pretty optimal. Nothing to hide here, a pilsner at its best. Shots of lemon grass, wheat, hay, and dry apple crisp hit the pallate along with resounding wildflowers.
