Aug 9, 2008 Clear, fizzy and light yellow in colour with fine wisps of a head. A perfumy sweet aroma, but not particularly upfront. Again, pretty sweet on the tongue with a medium dryness. An average body and plenty of carbonation. Quite a smooth, dryish and tart finish.

Jul 26, 2008 Very nice. Golden yellow pour. No head. Served in a champagne flute. This brings out the bubbles coming up from the bottom. Nice aroma and taste of apples. It could stand to be a little drier and less sweet.

Jun 6, 2008 Pours honey yellow with almost no head. You probably couldn’t force a head out of it if you tried. Nice taste of apples with a nice moderately dry finish like you would find in a champagne. Aftertaste is a little unsettling. Still, this is dangerously drinkable, sort of liek a wine cooler.

As I recall, I was excited that it had a high alcohol content since it was one of my first additions to my beer bottle collection in 1999 or so. Flavros were bitey apple and quite tasty.

Apr 2, 2008 9.3 oz bottle at skybox bar. Was on special for 2 bones. I was really impressed with this guy, far better than woodchuck or harpoons offering. Crisp champagne-like mouth with just the right amount of apple notes. Dry finish but not too much, very balanced actually. Nice alc %, wish this was a larger bottle.
