330ml bottle pours black in color with a huge light brown head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is roasted grains and chocolate with some grapefruit and hints of pine. Taste is a grapefruit and pine hop bitterness with some roasted grains bitterness and a chocolate malty sweetness. Medium bodied with nice carbonation leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate. A bold hoppy IPA with some roasted notes and fully flavored. Great stuff!

Hazy black cola. Beige small head. Lightly roasted, in harmony with piney hops. Great brew.

33 cl bottle.
Pours black color with a nice large, fluffy beige head. Ashy and grapefruity first thing on the nose, some lemon, licorice and pressing grapefruity hops. Definite malty character is there, dry chocolaty notes, lots of grapefruits, subtle coffee also, still the ashy feel comes through a bit. Quite a lot of carbonation here. Feels refined, yet a bit raw at the same time, drinkable, yes, but I was hoping for a bit more. The strong carbonation is mostly to blame here. Very tasty otherwise.

Bottle. Black, tan head. Rye malty, roasty chocolate yeasty nose. Smooth nice body, balanced bitters. Roasty, dark malty rye. Pretty nice brew, but feels a lot more like a dry robust stout than dark IPA. Some resinous pine in the finish. Bitter nice.

- Alcoholpercentage van 6% - Smakelijk biertje destijds gedronken - Complimenten aan de brouwerij- en brouwmeester - Nog geen topper, maar wel de hoge waardering die verdiend is ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very dark brown color, big brownish head with good retention. Lots of lacing. Aroma of hops, herbs, pine, grapefruit, chocolate, coffee. Taste is the same plus hints of vanilla and white chocolate. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Texture is creamy. Very nice bittersweet experience.
