UPDATED: NOV 20, 2004 Aroma is fresh and sourly. Thick and creamy head, quite cloudy, light yellow color with hints of orange. Taste is pleasant pithy, fresh and light sourly. Aftertaste has a light hop bitterness and a light dryness. All in all palatable, but a quite overall “Helles”, how it is brewed in many small breweries.
