From tap at the brewpub as Sommerweisse. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is dry estery. Flavour is the same, slight metallic note. Bitter and rather dry. Mild citrusy. Lasting dry and mild estery fruity into the far finish.

Draught: Yeasty aroma, spices,ripe bananas, hints of lemons. Light yellow, intensive hazy color. Flavor is yeasty and wheaty. Notes of banana, only hints of citrus. Light clove flavor. Spices and hints of hops in the end. Quite common wheat, bit short end.
