Not too bad. Would gleefully buy again. Out of a growler, fresh from mane liquor. Hoppy with bite, a true red ale.

Pours well, lacks a bit of soul. Growler i bought from mane liquor. Not much head. Bit of a ginger taste and definitely matches the drapes. Real fruity taste. A punch to the mouth hole.

500mL bottle from Slowbeer Pours a bronze body, dense beige foam persisting. Nose quite intense - grainy, toasty, nutty, toffeed malts, citrus, melon, stonefruit, grassy hops. Full bodied, sticky, oily sort of texture. It’s an all out assault on the palate - big hop notes of citrus, grass, pine & ripe fruits, balanced wit nutty, toasty malts. Plenty of bitterness, long finish. Good stuff! Much like the rest of the Kaiju beers - bold and unapologically flavoursome.

Very good red ale. Pours thick and easy with decent reddish beige head they stayed the course from a 500ml bottle with some nice lacing. Taste is hop heavy as expected, with less carbonation than it looked which was good. Totally enjoyable ale that I will be stocking up on. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Big and brutal, it was a bit of a monster! Really enjoyed it, but it didn't sit easily on my palate, only downside to be perfectly honest. Otherwise, a really enjoyable brew and definitely one to try again.

From bottle in belgian ale glass. Pours reddish amber with nice head and excellent aromatic nose. Rich taste with lingering bitter finish...a most enjoyable brew.

TAP to GROWLER. Copper to red pour with lingering bubbly off white head. "Typical red" on the nose with a bit of hoppy booze as well. Sweet musk, hoppy bitterness up front turning into a mellow hoppy back end. Sourced Meat People Dunsborough

When it pours into the glass it looks more brown than red, with a light brown head. There’s plenty of sweet honey malt aroma with lemon and grapefruit. The taste is very, very hoppy with an emphasis on bitterness. The malt is quite dry, making it a challenging beer although it softens as it warms and my palate dulls. I’d like some more floral aromas and less of a dry malt taste but it’s still very enjoyable nonetheless. Squealer from Prince Wine Store Essendon.

Pours a coppery red with a beige head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, pine and hops. Taste medium to high sweet leading to a hoppy finish. Nice.
