A rather light aroma has some mature banana and some hints of spices. Flavour has spices and sourish citron. Not a very nice dunkelweizen.

Muddy brown color; compact and generous head, persistent. The wheat character is there, correctly spicy; but the character from roasted malts / chocolate / caramel is quite missing; no fruitiness too; ordinary bitterness; traces of plastic aroma.
Boring Dunkelweizen.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, banana, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of MiP. Clear orangey brown with an off-white head. Fat and delicious aroma of banana and exotic fruit. Medium body, lots of banana and fruit with a whiff of yeast. No bitterness as such. 220309

Light unclear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, light moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate banan sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090322]

Bottle, 4.9%. OK banana aroma. Hazy dark brown colour. Big stable light brown head. The flavour is nicely yeasty with a good spicy note and a little banana.

50 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy dark brown with a hazlenut golden glare and a small tan head. Banana fruity aroma with a light roasted malt note. Light citric to acidic flavoured with a banana estery flavour on back of the tongue. Lasting fruity flavoured with a light roasted note.

Bottle: Hazy, light amber coloured, slowly diminishing loose beige head; nutmeg,cacao and bananas in the nose; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; short fruity-sourish, followed by a little tartness. Not too unpleasant..........

(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a big but non-persistent light-beige foamy head. Sweet and slightly toasty malty nose with a restrained wheat-character and a moderate fruity touch of banana and berries, accompanied by phenolic spices of mainly cloves and nutmeg. Light-sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly toasty and ashy malty taste with delicate fruity elements, getting slightly tart towards the slightly bitter and finish. No highlight but drinkable (17.II.09).

Bottle. Cloudy orange coloured with a small off white head. Fruity aroma of caramel and bananas with notes of spices and yeast. Fruity flavour of caramel and bananas with notes of spices and hops. Spicy and hoppy finish.
