Bottle: Golden with a pinkish (!) sheen, quickly collapsing off-white head; light traces of vegetables in the metallic-grainy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, scratchy MF; sweetish grainy finish with a delicate bitter aftertaste. Not good.....

Die Schaumkrone hält überhaupt nicht. Allerdings ist dafür das Brauwasser sehr schaumig (zu schaumig). Es schmeckt etwas hopfig, wässrig, abgestanden und im Nachgeschmack noch etwas säuerlich. Fazit: Nee dieses Saisonbier muss nicht sein, ziemlich langweilig und schlecht! Test vom 22.5.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,5,6,5,8,5 - 5,50

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and steady, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet (cara-)malty nose with notes of draff and traces of herbal hops from far behind. Sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Malt-accented taste with notes of cara-malt, bread and a slightly herbal hoppy tinge towards the moderately sweet and also a bit slim malty finish with a touch of metal. A drinkable but also unexciting brew. 18.V.10
