COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Not much CO2, aroma malty, like a bock. Flavor the same, modest malty. The finish sweet, a little bit alcoholic. Really good beer!

Bügelverschlußflasche: Clear, light-amber colored, smaller off-white head with a little lace; moderate dryish roast-malty nose with a sweetish-caramelly backbone; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, very soft; light bodied; a light fruitiness shows up in the light caramelly hoppy finish. A good one......

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Clear, amber to light-chestnut colour with a mid-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Sweet caramel-malty aroma with notes of cacao, citrus and herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty taste with notes of cacao and subtle fruity notes; sweet malty finish with almost no bitterness. Too sweet for my liking. 09.V.10

Swing-top bottle. Brown sugar and chocolate malt aroma. Clear light brown color with small head. Very light caramel malt and grassy hops. Watery finish - not much there.
