Can. Pours hazy light golden with a big frothy white head. Aroma is sweet wheaty with the presence of banana. Taste is moderate sweet, with a unpleasant metallic note, high carbonated, dry and watery mouthfeel. Not the best hefe, very short aftertaste.

Can. Pours a hazy yellow with a small, white head, more of a blanket really. Aroma begins with a fruit bomb bubblegum which evens out to fruity bubblegum with some wheat and yeast. Taste is wheaty - not sour - and slightly yeasty. Banana plays a part in the background. Aftertaste is lightly wheaty. Palate is carbonated and not watery.

50 cl. Can. Colour is very hazy, and light yellowish, thick dense foam, decends quickly. Aroma is wheaty and slightly acidic. Taste is grainy and acidic. Not a good hefeweisen. very grainy and cheap.

Bottle. Poor quality, low rent hefeweizen. Has all the standard aspects but is ver poorly put toghether. This cost me a nugget so I’m no ill feelings.

Can. Cloudy pale beer with a white creamy head. Wheaty and slightly spicy aroma with notes of bread, banana, a little cloves. Medium to heavy sweet flavor. Creamy. yet thin texture and light body. Dry finish. Not very interesting. A little one-dimensionel discount Hefe-Weizen, me thinks.

0,5 l. can from Superbrugsen. Hazy golden colour with a big, white head that quickly fades. Definitely some hefeweizen aromas: Banana, wheat and citrus, but weaker than other beers in this style. Taste is light sweet but with some acidic notes. The citrus/lemon flavor is obvious fake. Light body with a thin to creamy texture, but the beer lacks creaminess. Short finish. Discount version of a hefeweizen. Will not buy again.

21/08 1 l can from Coop store, Gradisca d’Isonzo. It poured hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Banana, cloves and mostly lemony aroma. Weaker flavor, sourish lemony, slightly chalky and besides that nothing more. Overly carbonated, thinner body with long acidic finish, lemony of course, seeming fake, without true estery wheat notes. Quite bad Hefeweizen, but nice to be the 100th rater of it.

Hazy straw colour. Thin head for the style, but I’ve got it in the wrong glass. The aroma is lemony and a little bit sweaty. The taste is tainted with phenolic electric wire and some wheaty acidity to cut through a slight sweetness.
