Bottle. Nice yellow colour. You can see some dregs in the bottle. but it’s normal for that beer style. I’ve smelt citrus and banana flavor and taste of this beer is the same: citrus and banana.

500ml bottle. Pours standard, slightly hazed gold with a large head. The aroma is where it starts going downward: paper, oxidation, wheat husk, rotten banana. Flavor is boiled fruits, wheat, sweetness, metal. Not great.

Can and tap (Autumn 2014). Lemony, sharp and tangy hefeweizen. Light bodied, but beautiful.

Pours light gold. First tastes a bit watery, but after that there’s a slightly foral taste of yeast, hay, a little bit of bitterness. Kinda fence on this one. It has some character, but not sure if it’s the kind I like, so... drinkable, at least?

Worst weiss ever! Extremely watery, weird soap aroma, inesplicably sour taste, vanishing big-bubbled foam.. in one euphemistic word: bad.

Very good beer, but certainly is not the better that I have ever drunk before. I recommend

I like a good hefeweizen. I like this beer. Therefore, it’s a good (at least to me) hefeweizen. It has a good looking pour, a slightly hazed pale yellow body with a stately and sustained creamy head. The aroma is slightly overly ripe bananas, bready, with a light twist of lemon. In the flavor, the bananas taste fresh and the lemon turns into zest. A slight clove spiciness finishes it off. Nice.
