Can. Yellow with dense white head, cloudy. Aroma bananas, cloves, esters, wheat, yeast. Taste wheat, bananas, yeast. A nice but quite ordinary hefe-weissbier.

Bottle. Cloudy golden-orange color with a stable medium white head. Nice fresh wheaty aroma with yeast, banana, and spicy notes. Sweetish flavor with some bread notes and fruit esters. Finishes drier with light acidity. Rather light-bodied. Feels a bit too light but still a decent thirst-quenching Weissbier.

(500ml bottle) A pretty safe & pedestrian Hef , a one dimensional style , but when made with flare & depth i dig um . light yeasty, banana estery and caramel nose . perfumey. Safe maybe , but it tastes good enough . banana is pretty subtle ,sugary sweet , tangy spice notes . not bad.

Aroma is somewhat light with yeasty notes, citrus and banana esthers. Flavour is fruity with yeast, some banana esthers, bubblegum and hints of cardboard. Finishes with citrus and wheaty notes. A bit watery but quite refreshing still.

0,5l can. Hazy golden with huge lighty creamy head. (thou disappears quickly) Aromas of banana and vanilla. Pleasant taste with good combination of sweetness and light bitterness. Good smooth and refreshing palate.

25 May 2011, bottle. very pale yellow and very hazy w/ frothy white head. doesn’t look very nice. too pale. nose is primarily a sweet, yeasty aroma that has some banana tones and some spicy ones at that. thin/med body, creamy and a bit fizzy. This is okay. it is primarily yeasty rice pudding kind of flavour. banana and coriander are very soft. body is nice and creamy. still, i like my hefe a bit bigger in banana sweetness.

Canned. Golden coloured. Unclear. Small dense off white head. Aroma of cloves, banana, fruits, sweetness. Flavour as well full of banana and cloves. Qutie dense body. Is spiced and sweet in the end.

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a cloudy yellow with a dense and lacing white head. Yeasty, bananaish aroma. Medium body, dominated by yeasts and vitamin C. A little sulphur. A decent Hefe. 230310

500 ml can. Hazy golden with a big, foamy white head. Quite typical German weissbier aroma, cloves, banana and wheat. Flavour is also spot on German weissbier. Nothing outstanding, no faults and very refreshing. Nice and refreshing, but too anonymous to be purchased again.
