2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 maekchu (1096) - Hirakata, JAPAN - MAY 15, 2013
Massive, one-liter steel can from Yamaya. Like holding a bowling pin or a dumbbell. Grass, sweet little baby cookies, cereal, and some extract molasses aromas. Clear medium straw color, with a very rocky, indeed cratered, white head, and bubbles rising very slowly. Grassy initial, with the molasses / slight bittering in mid, and that’s it. Thin body. Pretty fair-to-middlin’ stuff. Could really do without the extract notes.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Desverger (415) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 12, 2013
Can from Irma, Copenhagen - A pale yellow pour with a medium white head. Slight flowery hops with sweet malts in both aroma and taste. Easy drinking. Ok
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 adnielsen (6226) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - APR 5, 2013
Bottle @ home picked up at Stockade in Aurora. Pours a clear, golden appearance with a small white head. Sweet pils grainy, earthy, somewhat floral, lemon aroma. Tangy lemon, straw, somewhat bitter floral hoppy, grainy flavor. Passable but honestly this may not be a super fresh bottle.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Sigmund (4222) - Tau, NORWAY - APR 4, 2013
500 ml can, bought in Denmark. ABV is 4.6%. Golden colour, large white head. Fresh pilsener aroma and flavour, medium dry, some herbal hops. Not bad.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 nuplastikk (3289) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 20, 2013
500ml bottle. Fitlered pale yellow-tan body, Fluffy white head. Steady rising carbonation bubbles within. Classic Pils aroma, some grainy malt and spicy, earthy hops. Clean medium to light bodied Pils, with some nice creamy, doughy malt notes. Smooth Lager tones, very refined and mellow. The hops are mild but present. Respectable offering.
2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 suurjuust (608) - ESTONIA - FEB 13, 2013
Pale gold, soapy white head. Nose is grassy malt with metallic hints. Taste is nondescript malt, some grassy-hoppy bitterness in the finish. Weird slightly oily palate at times, medium carbonation. Not offensive, but not good.
1.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 BrianWillum (126) - København S., DENMARK - FEB 1, 2013
Very metallic aroma with no other hints. Flat, boring beer with a sweet and metallic taste. Aftertaste is medium and sweet though, quite good. Yellow beer with medium head that stays quite long.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 RexTalionis (1430) - FINLAND - JAN 11, 2013
Pours clear golden in color with a foamy whitish head. Hay and straw
with some faint buttery hints in aroma. Hints of malty sweetness but
more leaning to hoppy bitterness in flavor. A bit thin. Grassy bitter
in aftertaste with some sweetness in finish as well.
4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 alalvarez75 (56) - New York, USA - DEC 28, 2012
Lighter for most but properly made. Crisp pilsner taste, light straw color, clean finish. A drinker, not a rare BA Stout, but a great beer to have on a hot day.
