nose is really interesting. saki background with chalky vitamins and some fresh cut grass
thin, oily body

Clear as cristal color with no head. Aroma is moderate rice, minerals, flowers, earth notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20101030]

72 cL bottle. Pours pale with no head. Aroma is mild rice fruity. Sweet, clean and mild fruity to a slight caramelish touch. Fruity and warming, crisp rice finish.

Clear clour, slightly viscous. Aroma is little rice, sweet, earthy, coconut. Flavour is rice and little sweet, bit of coconut.
