MoreHead (355), Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA Nov 24, 2006 didn’t regonize the name so i thought i’d give it a try. noticed it was ’na’ when opening, hope it still has some flavor. decent head which quickly diminished, lacing nonexistant. aroma of hay and/or vegetable. flavor very thin, off on the palate. disappointed that this is another horrible ’na’. PilsnerPeter (2585), Flushing, New York, USA Nov 8, 2006 This was my first low alcohol rating. Pours thin golden, aroma is almost non-existant, maybe a bit of stale grass. Oddly, it’s almost like water with a drop of apple cider poured into it. Faint hint of sweetness, with nothing implying "beer" character. I wouldn’t bother, but I’ve had worse. TrevorFloyd (309), Connecticut, USA Oct 9, 2006 Body is light and smooth, but not much flavor here. Sugary sweet with absolutely no hop tang or bite. Without that, it just doesn’t taste like a beer. kujo9 (1077), North Ridgeville, Ohio, USA Aug 18, 2006 12 oz bottle: Medium amber w/ a short lived off white head. Aromas of sweet caramel malt and distinct cooked, canned green beans when it warms. Lightly toasty, but the green bean aroma is very strong. Talk about vegetal!. Basically well balanced, but a bit to the sweet side, but has the same green bean flavor as it does in the aroma. Semi sweet finish, a bit of toasty malt. Mostly bland, but better than some N/A beers. Higher carbonation level, thin, watery m/f. Not a horribly bad, but the green bean vegetal flavor and aroma is a bit of a put off. ehhdayton (1113), USA Aug 17, 2006 The pour is a light amber with a small white head. The aroma is sweet and little else. Flavor is sweet with no hoppish notes and the finish is weak. gollitogarcia (11), Texas, USA Aug 12, 2006 When pregnant and wanting to celebrate/hang-out with drinkers - this beer gets huge thumbs up! I tried every NA out there and this was the ONLY thing that even partly made me feel as though I was enjoying an actual beer. Kudos to the Guiness folks! linc33 (177), Albany, New York, USA Jul 8, 2006 12oz bottle from R. McCarty. Tastes like liquid, fizzy, semi-bitter Cracker Jacks. Thin body. Really strange. Person I got it from can’t have alcohol and prefers this. Labatt Nordic isn’t available in the area. Too bad. vyvvy (2023), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA Jul 1, 2006 My second of three n/a beers. The first I had was okay, this was horrible. Poured amber with a light tan head. If a rating was based soley on appearance this would get a respectable rating, unfortunately everything else about this sucks. Hardly noticable aroma of musty malt. Very thin body. On first taste there is smooth bland malt, then kicks in sourness, artificial sweetner, caramel gone bad, and other flavors my mind has tried to block out. This was a drain pour. This is awful - if you need an n/a beer look elsewhere.
