For an open bar event, the actual lunch part was pretty cheap on the beer, so Garthicus and I resorted to this. He even took one home for the other Toronto RB folks :) . Anyway, drunken memory rating: Orange pour, decent sized white head. Smells like cereal with some fruit mixed it. Taste is non existent - carbonated bready water. Ugh. Luckily the bar opened back up at the reception and we were ok again... dwyerpg (2553), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Nov 18, 2005 Nothing there in aroma, appearnace or head (as far as flavor, that is). The malt liquour texture is there, but it’s also evident that is has no punch, but then I guess that’s the point. Flavorwise, I’d prefer this to a Bud easily...I just can’t give a N.A. higher than a 9 on principle. pivo (2537), Germany
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Mar 10, 2005 Malt and grassy nose, dark gold color, fizzy head. Sweet malt with an artificial aftertaste. Thin and weak, but not as bad as expected. Actually, I’ve had worse beers with full alcohol content. Volgon (2490), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
