Bottle, 2009 Ireland Fund of Canada’s St. Patrick’s Day luncheon. For an open bar event, the actual lunch part was pretty cheap on the beer, so Garthicus and I resorted to this. He even took one home for the other Toronto RB folks :) . Anyway, drunken memory rating: Orange pour, decent sized white head. Smells like cereal with some fruit mixed it. Taste is non existent - carbonated bready water. Ugh. Luckily the bar opened back up at the reception and we were ok again...

Nothing there in aroma, appearnace or head (as far as flavor, that is). The malt liquour texture is there, but it’s also evident that is has no punch, but then I guess that’s the point. Flavorwise, I’d prefer this to a Bud easily...I just can’t give a N.A. higher than a 9 on principle.

Malt and grassy nose, dark gold color, fizzy head. Sweet malt with an artificial aftertaste. Thin and weak, but not as bad as expected. Actually, I’ve had worse beers with full alcohol content.

This is the best NA that I've tasted. Foamy head, malt aroma and taste, ends a little too sweet.

Maybe it’s the Irish in me that screams "Give this a good ratin’, ya bastard, lest ye be disgracin’ your homeland!," but this is a respectable N/A offering.

Bottle. Unusual aroma - peaches makt and an odd aroma I couldnt place. Sweet without enough hops. Odd- jsut about drinkable but better than expected.

Bottle, 33 cl. Clear yellow, medium fluffy white head. Aroma reminds me of sour dough, with some sticky sweet notes. Watery.

12oz bottle. golden clear color. looks like a beer. aroma of a Latin malta. stale malty scent. doesn’t really smell like a beer. tastes how it smells. bland. decent bitter finish. but just too much malt, not enough fermentation...
