1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Poured a mid yellow-gold with a light fizzy head that quickly faded to very minimal lacing. Aroma was primarily of corn & grains. Taste was similar - predominate corn with a slightly sour/tangy twinge just before a light hop finish. Palate is kind of thin. Overall, I was a bit dissappointed by this as someone had recommended Kalik when down in FL. This is just a basic cheap lager at a higher price via claims of being from the Bahamas.

One of the better beers found in the Bahamas. Pour is a light amber with no head. This beer is available everywhere in the Bahamas.

Very pale in in the glass. The nose is sharp and grainy. The beer is pale, grainy, a bit sharp and very watery.
The aftertaste is grainy, slightly sharp and watery. Not really great... --> 4/10/3/3

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Clear yellow pour white head. Aroma of malt, hops. Strong malt and hops flavor. Beer concentrate type of pale. Strong bitter finish. Probably the best macro you can find for hops lovers on the island.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Itís got a slightly sweet aroma with that very English hop aroma (not sure what kind of hops are English, but theyíre pretty distinctive, almost musty). Itís a gorgeous gold color. The flavor is that same musty hop/hay flavor, with a slightly sweet finish. This beer obviously isnít going to blow away beer snobs, but as far as a good beach drink, you canít do too much better.

The Bud of the Bahamas. Had an indescribable funk to it. Probably won't be having again. Received from a close friend who has sailed around the Caribbean.
