huge tan head over opaque black body. Surprisingly malty aroma with a hint of roast. Taste of roast, toast, dark chocolate, and some dark fruit, medium-full body and nice roasty palate.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget. Poured black with a brown thin head. Sweet aroma, lots of brown sugar, roasted malt. Flavor has brown sugar all over it, roasted malt and vegetables. Not the way I like my porter, way too sweet.

Thick lasting brown ale with a brown head. Strange aroma that resembes porter steak with vegetables. Huge mouthfeel. Taste of roasted malts and with a balanced bitterness.

[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear dark black brown colour with a large to huge, speaking, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, choclate, fruity, light eathy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, licorice, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120421]

Black with a brown head that disappears into a ring.
Aroma: svagdricka, spicy yeast, licorice and raspberry candy boats (you know, when you get one of each at the same time).
Taste: sweet malitiness, roasted, salty licorice and some soy sauce, light chocolate, dryish finish.
Medium-bodied, almost flat.
The beer doesn’t live up to what is expected from the name.

In bottle. Pours a very dark brown colour with a lacy head. Aroma of chocolate, caramel, roasty malt and alcohol. Similar flavours with plums to finish. Mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Quite drinkable.
