500 ml bottle. Pours straw yellow with a foamy pure white head. The aroma is a bit weak with just a touch of grassy hops. The flavor is well rounded; nice hoppy kick with a bready, grain malt balance. It has a light mouthfeel, but isn’t washed out. Clean, crisp finish.

a golden eurolager with a thin white head. In aroma, a lightly chlaky malt with light hoppen notes. In mouth, a rather chalky cloying lager with corn adjunct, rasping grains and hops, not balanced, quite harsh. 500 ml bottle from Kappy’s Malden.

50 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA. Very pale yellow, musty aroma of stale basement. Aroma did not transfer to the flavor, which is good. Tastes of a weak tea made with corn. Not entirely unpleasant, but nothing I’d get again.

[2169-20090518] 500mL bottle. Corny wet cardboard aroma with cabbage, an underlying floral hops with pasta hints and borderline skunkiness. Clear, yellow brown body with a quick bubbly white head. More wet cardboard dipped in a flower pollen in the flavour. Medium body. Fair, might fare better with a spicy meal.

2009-05-18. Skunky aroma at first crack of the cap. Crisp yellow body. a small foamy white head. Bizarre aroma of vegetation and cooked greens. Brief glimpses of floral hops as they drown a horrible death. Flavour is mercifully bland in comparison, sweetish dull grains allude to cardboard, but not necessarily in a way that makes me think it is oxidized. Strange! Very light bitterness, odd vaguely mineral/chemical note in the grainy aftertaste. Average to thin palate. Very not good. Bottle from SuperValu, Ennistymon

From Spirit Haus, MA. Decent lager. Golden body with sort head. Grainy, grassy. Slight taste of hops. Only real plus: a new country tick.
