Mudy , brown color ; medium-sized , off-white head. Aroma of yeast , fruits and wheat. Sweet , malty taste with yeasty and bread notes . It reminded me kvas somehow ...

Bottle at International Great Beer Expo (Meadowlands). Hazy light amber color with light beige spongy head, honey aroma, sweetish taste, high carbonation, abrupt finish. A bit too sweet for my taste.

Schöne dunkelbraunr Farbe mit leicht beigem Schaum. Der Geruch ist angenehm hefig-malzig und sortentypisch. Der Antrunk ist säuerlich-malzig, angenehm frisch. Sehr CO²-reich.

Aroma is bananas and earthy/gritty malts. The flavor is wheat, light bananas, lemons, thin in body and a mildly tart finish.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

Kein wirklich erfrischendes Weizen... Danke an Erzengel. 11/4/4/3/9/4

bottle. Clozdy brown colour, small beige head. Malty with hints of caramel and chocolate and a fruity touch.

The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts modest yeasty, quite sourish, maltiness is rusty and dry. Some earthy notes in the finish, but still quite balanced. Very drinkable and good beer!

Bottle: Lively carbonation, huge fluffy head, that slowly diminishes; deep amber coloured; fruity (cloves&bananas), a bit vinous nose with a faint, but distinctive touch of toasted malt; sweetish (malty) flavour supported by a light acidity, fizzy MF; malty, fruity finish with some cellary notes and a sourish, yeasty touch in the aftertaste. Unusual, but refreshing.......
