The bottle looks simple, but good, as well as the beer in the glass. Quite zippy, nice head. Starts mild, soft, nicely hoppy, not too dry. Flowery-fresh. Finish more and more spicy, a but grasy. Well balanced and quite drinkable. Good pils!

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

bottle, traded with Erzengel - Danke! Slightly hazy pale golden yellow with a decent white head. Hoppy-fruity nose. Malty background, aromatic and dry bitter hops combined with a fruity touch. Interesting an fascinating. Very nice, a pity the brewery is about to close down.

pivnizub (7241) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - DEC 19, 2006
Pale golden coloured, slightly hazy, big fluffy white head, quickly collapsing to an astonishingly stable thin foamy layer; pale-malty, grassy-hoppy nose with a touch of yeast; moderate to stong dry bitter flavour, soft MF, light body; sweet-malty, yeasty finish with a strong lingering dry bitter aftertaste. Unusual Pilsener, the opposite of a bland german mass-market Pilsener........

MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - AUG 24, 2006
(bottle) Clear, pale yellow colour with a blonde not very persistent foamy head. Herbal and grassy hoppy aroma with touch of lemon. Bitter flavour with a light malty sweetness in the background. Raw herbal hoppy taste, getting slightly grassy towards the finish, which is quite dry and bitter with a tinge of metal. Rather slim and rough Pilsener, thus not very charming but still pretty drinkable.
