3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750 ml bottle courtesy of Cuso. Thanks. Bottle dated 25.11.2013. Pours a translucent copper color with a big sudsy off-white head that has good retention. The aroma was very mild with bitter nuts, caramel and some wet earth. The taste was bitter hops forward with bitter walnuts, toffee, caramel, bread, apples and biscuit. The palate is silky smooth with soft carbonation. Finishes long, dry and leaves a bit of a after-bite. Overall: Seems to me they used early stage bittering, but no late hopping or dry hopping. That aside, its still decent and quite tasty, but (to me) its more of a hoppy amber ale than an IPA.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
0.75l bottle from trade with MisoW. This has to one of the heaviest 0.75l bottles I’ve ever held! The beer itself is blurry, thickly packed with small particles and kinda warm amber in color with a impressive looking heavy lacing off-white head. The nose as a nice peach fruity tone to it. I get some grans also here, pine cones and glazed pineapple. Sweet and malty also, and I have to say that this smells quite nice indeed. It has a light oily mouthfeel and a soft carbonation level. A good balance between the bitter and the malty. Lots of nutty tones here, walnuts. Slightly earthy bitterness, some grass and well malty all the way before its leaving a light dry and bitter aftertaste in the mouth. A delicious IPA! But that bottle? Either I’m suffering from instant muscle loss or this is the heaviest bottle 0.75 I’ve ever had!. 31.08.2013

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught in beerpub Richtar Jakub. Dark copper color with white off creamy head which lasts. Aroma of grapefruit, with resin tones. The taste follows aroma. Beginning is sweet then pleasant bitterness arrives and lasts till finish and long aftertaste. Full boddied with creamy texture and average carbonation.
Very good IPA.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, 750 ml, thanks to MisoW! Into a tulip glass. ABV 6.6%
Pours a deep orange copper colour beer, with good sized off white head, a bit froathy but with very good retention, leaving thick lacing on the glass.
Very nice aroma, quite hoppy, with citrus and lots of pine, a little bit of malts coming from the back, and a touch of cookie dough.
Taste is not as bitter as I expected, at least at first. Afterwards becomes mildly bitter, with medium duration. Caramel, malts, citrus, grapefruit.
Medium thin body, good carbonation.
Overall a good IPA, I’d prefer it a bit more bitter.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
(bottle, 75cl) Hazy, dark amber colour with a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Hoppy aroma with notes of tropical fruits, pineapples and resin, backed by delicately bready cara-malt. Quite bitter flavour with a mildly malty sweetness, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Dry cara-malt character with present bittering hops with resiny and spicy notes, cough syrup, restrained on the fruity side; dry bitter hoppy and delicately sweet malty finish with strong herbal-spicy and resiny notes. Solid. 26.VIII.13
