No head to speak of; veiled orange-ochre beer. Very flowery, even fruity nose, but with a marked sweet undertone (caramel?), and distinct touch of almonds. Hoppy-sweet, with even more outspoken (bitter)almonds flavour, as marzipan, made from bitter almonds, subsequently liquidized and watered down. Touch of citruszeste. Quite light body, certainly for a 6% beer (which would be considered strong ale in the UK!). Watery and spritzy, despite little visual carbonation. Not really bad, just a tad too watery, and a bit too much of this weird almond flavouring (yeast?). Many thanks to Peter V., and all the people he mobilized to get the beers in Ursel!!

1 l PET bottle as a gift, shared with a friend.
Poured opalescent, peach colored with a small delicious white head. Moderated aroma with some caramel, minimal hops and fruities. Medium bodied beer that opens very slowly with a mild fruity character, minimal carbonation, clean mouthfeel with minimal caramel and citrussy-resiny hop. Moderated, too moderated beer. Please give it more power, more craft! And keep it up, please develop this beer!
