(draught at the brewpub) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Grainy malty aroma with a touch of honey and yeast, accompanied by herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Grainy malt upfront with herbal hops from the beginning; dry-out effect towards the sweet and hop- and yeasty bitter finish with delicately herbal spicy notes. Quite matured and rounded for a modern German brewpub Lager. 03.X.10
