First Bulgarian Beer. Before my trip to Belgium. Head looks good and quite yeasty scent. Not so hoppy but not lack also so so lets say. Avarage pale lager.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
A Mes rate:
50cl bottle from Wine of Course. Pale amber colour. Head forms really well and looks solid but dies very quickly. Nose is actually ok. Very German with lots of malt and yeast and just a faint note of malt underneath. Metallic and sickly flavour. Not sickly as in it makes me feel sick, I mean it actually tastes like sick. Just before I had to eject it a rush of hops came in and saved the day. Just about drinkable. Very metallic finish that is very dull and not at all morish. Erm, yeah, buy some.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: MAR 22, 2007 50 cl bottle. One of the "red beers" of Bulgaria, and the best one I could get my hands on. Rich golden/amber beer, well hopped. A very decent beer. No overly sweetness, no boiled vegs, no cardboard!
