Pours hazy pale golden with a medium, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma is mild soapy, estery notes, doughy malts, soft viniousness, green apples. Medium carbonation, creamy and quite dry mouthfeel. Flavour has good dryness, doughy malts, light brewing cereal, light cellar, a bit of peach. Fairly soft viniouness even if it has a bit of a pepper burn in the end. Average.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Yeasty and moderately sweet pale malty aroma with citric and zesty, also floral hoppy notes. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a pleasantly matured carbonation. Dry pale malty and minimal grainy taste with citric, flowery and spicy hops; dry and quite bitter hoppy finish with only a whiff of alcohol. Not an overly complex but pleasantly hoppy Tripel. 15.I.10

Bottle, 8%. Good coriander aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Good stable rocky white head. Mild coriander aroma. Distinct bitterness, rough and clean. Simple but good.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and mild yeasty. Sweet malty, slight caramelish, light yeasty and spiced. Medium dry base flavour into a nice lingering fruity yeasty and spiced finish. Light phenolic from back of the nose - rather hoppy and fruity lasting impression. Nice one.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, perfume - soap, light coriander, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sopa - perfume bitter and sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091004]
