BückDich (4558), Boise, Idaho, USA Oct 16, 2007 Sample @ Hasegawa Saketen, Omotesando Hills: Sweet and explosive, light rice, lots of flavor, dry and low acidity, nice and creamy. Could be a bit more explosive in the aroma though. Damn, this was so good, it’s a shame the samples were so small, I didn’t have much time to write down anything before it was already gone. That and I was SO hungover when I had this. Cold sweats at a standing sake bar offering up the best sakes you’ve ever had; kill me now.
